Terms of Service

Digital Cortex Ads Platform (app.digitalcortex.rs) is provided by Digital Cortex Media d.o.o., Boška Buhe 16, 18300 Pirot, Serbia, to its agency staff and to clients it invites. It is not offered to the general public.

1. Access is personal. Keep your credentials confidential and tell us immediately about any unauthorized use.
2. By connecting an advertising account (Google Ads, Meta, WooCommerce) you confirm that you are authorized to grant access to it. You can disconnect it at any time.
3. Clients are responsible for informing their website visitors and obtaining any consent required for tracking on their websites; the Platform respects the consent signal it receives.
4. Reports are provided for decision support. Attribution models are estimates and may differ from figures reported by advertising platforms.
5. The service is provided as is, within the scope of the client's agreement with Digital Cortex Media. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by Serbian law.
6. Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy.
